DURHAM, N.H. — The University of New Hampshire (UNH) has announced that Rachel Rymaszewski, Senior Research Analyst at Prime Buchholz, has been selected to receive a 2025 UNH Sustainability Alumni Award in the Graduate of the Last Decade category. The honor, awarded by the UNH Alumni Sustainability Awards Selection Committee, recognizes alumni who demonstrate leadership and impact in advancing sustainability.
The award will be presented at the 2025 Sustainability Awards Celebration on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 3:30–5:30 p.m. on the UNH Durham campus.
“UNH is a national leader in sustainability, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to recognize, celebrate, and raise the visibility of individuals like Rachel who are leaders in, and champions of, sustainability,” the Selection Committee said in announcing the award.
Rymaszewski, who joined Prime Buchholz in 2019, supports mission-aligned investing across the firm and is a member of the Mission-Aligned Investment Committee. She also serves as chair of the Environmental Sustainability Committee. She holds a B.S. in environmental conservation and sustainability from UNH, with minors in business administration and geospatial analysis, and a certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
Reflecting on the honor, Rymaszewski said: “It’s remarkable how much we’ve built out our mission-aligned investing capabilities since I joined the firm six years ago, and it’s truly a testament to everyone’s efforts to better serve clients who want to use their capital as a force for good. I am so thankful to be able to contribute toward that mission every day.”
According to the UNH website, the Sustainability Awards program celebrates research, teaching, campus initiatives, and external engagement that embody the principles of sustainability. Since its founding in 2021, the program has sought to raise the visibility of individuals and teams advancing sustainability within the university and beyond.
